Contact Lenses

Contact lenses offer a convenient alternative to spectacles for people of all ages. As an independent practice, we have access to all the wide range of contact lenses available. During a contact lens consultation we want to ensure we choose the best option for you, working closely with you to find the most suitable type of contact lenses for your individual needs.

During our contact lens services, we endeavour to provide:

the clearest vision (correcting for astigmatism, presbyopia)

the best comfort (design and material)

the healthiest material (based on wearing schedule etc.)

the most cost effective option (daily/ monthly lens modalities)

A contact lens assessment generally takes 30 mins. We examine the eyes and tear film to assess your suitability for contact lens wear. We insert lenses and check the fit, vision and comfort. We explain how to insert and remove them safely and will also instruct you on how to safely care for your lenses. For ongoing ocular health, we recommend an annual check-up to ensure that your contact lenses remain effective and comfortable. Following on from your consultation, we offer contact lenses to buy online, with free delivery on all products.
